TCB Tattoo Supply may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the website. You agree to review these Terms of Use regularly to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of the website shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this website.

*Shipping Policy*

We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays) as long as the order is received by 3:00 PM EST. After 3PM EST, your order will ship the following business day, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. In addition, UPS will only deliver Monday - Friday excluding all major U.S. holidays. If you have any shipping questions or concerns, please contact us at tcbtattoosupply@gmail.com; We usually respond within one business day. 

*Product Orders/Returns*

All orders placed through the website are subject to TCB Tattoo Supply’s discretion. This means that TCB Tattoo Supply may refuse to accept, or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, TCB Tattoo Supply will issue you a refund. Returns will only be accepted if we receive the defective piece of equipment in exchange.
